The Ministerial Education Fund established by the 1968 General Conference has assisted thousands of men and women become pastors in The United Methodist Church. This apportioned fund provides vitally needed scholarships through annual conferences, essential funds for the seminaries, programs to help men and women answer the call to ministry, continuing education for clergy and course-of-study for pastors across the connection.
Highlighted students are Kimberly Greway from Duke Divinity School, Derek Jacobs from Perkins School of Theology and Jennifer Battiest from Drew Theological Seminary.
