This seven-session video curriculum, for small or large groups, invites us to look beyond the television commercials to become people who truly understand and welcome newcomers. Each session focuses on the people of your church and explores how a small group can assist a congregation to view welcoming, not as a program but as a way of living within the body of Christ. "Progress Reports", "Life Lessons" and "Field Assignments" put lessons into practice, setting the tone for the learner and the entire congregation. The kit comes with (1) Leader's Guide and (1) Learner's Guide as well as a study DVD. This training can be easily modified to be presented during a retreat or adapted for Sunday School.
