Shipping and Handling

Items are shipped UPS Ground or US Postal Service. Products are delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Items on backorder will be shipped upon availability. There will be no additional shipping charge if it was part of a multiple order. We always attempt to charge the actual shipping cost. The standard handling fee is $2.00 per order.

Technology Products

Microsoft license: You will receive an email from CDW with your license and authorization numbers. This email contains the instructions to retrieve your product key codes. Key codes will be needed at time of the installation of your software. We do not support downloads that are delivered directly from Microsoft.

Every two years customers are required to purchase a minimum of five licenses. If you do not order a total of five, we have a filler license that will be added to your order to reach the minimum requirement. These filler licenses are $4.00 each. Maximum charge for filler license will be $16.

Hardware:  Hardware ships directly from our technology partners.
